Hilmar recently launched a new product aimed at the sports
and healthy living nutrition markets. Hilmar PROtelyze Extend
is a high-quality hydrolyzed whey protein isolate intended
for nutrition bars. It boosts protein content while ensuring a
desirable texture throughout shelf life.
