Meeting new
challenges

reated to bring together dairy business and tech
executives, DairyTech, sponsored by the International
Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and Ever.Ag, a
supplier of innovative solutions for the food and beverage
supply chain, will return May 17-18, 2023, in Minneapolis
following its inaugural event in 2022.
Focusing on technological trends that will impact the food
and beverage sector, the slate for the two-day event includes
keynotes, panel discussions, networking opportunities
and more for senior executives and experts in technology,
innovation, data and cybersecurity.
The conference's organizers plan to highlight important
developments from around the globe, with programming
designed to drive innovation and efficiency, and enhance
global competitiveness.
Last year's inaugural DairyTech conference had a turnout
of 150 attendees. This year, organizers are expecting an even
larger crowd.
" You could feel the excitement among the group of
executives, chief technologists, and information officers
who attended, " said Thomas Wojno, senior vice president,
innovation and member advancement, IDFA. " There's a real
need for a conference with programming that focuses on
how our industry can use the latest and greatest technology
to outpace competitors in the food, beverage and nutrition
sectors of tomorrow. DairyTech did just that, and it brought
together many of the key players who will implement
the technology. "
This year's keynote will be provided by Wheyward Spirit
founder and chief executive officer Emily Darchuk. Darchuk

will talk about her journey with Wheyward from CPG product
developer to entrepreneur in bringing to market her company.
Other sessions will dive into the digital possibilities within
the dairy supply chain, cybersecurity, e-commerce and the
circular economy.
" We're building on last year's programming, taking key
focuses on sustainability, digital transformation, investment,
and cybersecurity a step further than we did last year, " said
Wojno. " How can we tap the agility of startups to accelerate
corporate innovation? What does the next generation of
US GHG markets look like? What are the most impactful
technologies that dairy business should be using? We'll hear
from the leaders in these spaces, and we'll also hear directly
from top chief technology and information officers in the dairy
industry. If you want to be at the cutting edge of dairy's digital
transformation, then you'll want to be at this year's DairyTech. "
This year, DairyTech will feature a Grass to Glass
Innovator Series which will feature the latest dairy
research, developments, and future trends that may impact
organizations. Exhibitors will share expertise and innovative
solutions for the betterment of the dairy supply chain, from
end-to-end.

today. DairyTech will inspire dairy business leaders to
